We offer a waitlist for upgrades in the unlikely event that packages become available at a later date to to cancellation, non-payment, etc. 

Your actual numbered spot on the wait list is not cut and dry. Different people want different things. As packages become available, not everyone in line will get an option on it. If that package doesn’t meet their preferences, we will option it to the next person in line whose preferences match the available package.
