Can I contact the hotel directly? Can I make package changes with the hotel?
The Big Blues Bender is a special event. As such, you can not make any changes regarding your reservation directly with the hotel before or during the event. The hotel will refer you back to us for all issues regarding your reservation.
At hotel check in if you are not checked in to the room type that you purchased, go to Bender Support and ask to speak with a Manager.
Furthermore, we transmit guest information to the hotel via a special process that may not appear in the front desk / reservation system of the hotel until just before the event dates. If you call the hotel directly, they may not have any record of your reservation on file.
