How do I book extra nights?

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Click on View/Modify under the current year's package reservation.

  3. Scroll down and click on the Add More Options button. You will be offered the extra nights and add-ons that are available.

No Refunds or Credits will be issued for any reason. Once items are purchased, they are non-refundable.


1. Only the primary guest may request the changes to a given reservation.
2. Contact Bender Support if you do not see a pre or post night for your package type.
3. Guest reservations with existing pre or post nights must contact Bender Support for assistance when adding new nights (based on availability).
4. Downgrading your package to a lesser valued package is NOT allowed.
5. These changes CANNOT be made directly with the hotel.
6. When submitting a ticket, please include your name, reservation number, and the change needed.
