How do I add additional guests / roommates to my package?
All changes MUST be in writing. Changes will NOT be accepted over the phone or on social media.
- Only the Primary Guest can make changes to the reservation, such as adding or removing guests or changing names.
- If your guest has financial responsibility on this reservation, their consent is required.
- If a guest is removed from a reservation, their balance becomes the Primary Guest's responsibility. Payments made by the removed guest will NOT be refunded.
- It is between the guests in the reservation to work out the finances and fees.
- No fees will be charged through June 30, 2025, for name changes and name additions. See the fee schedule below.
- The Primary Guest may initiate a name addition or change here.
Name Additions Fees
July 1st - July 18th, the fee is $25.00 per person added to the reservation
July 19th - August 21st, the fee is $75.00 per person added to the reservation
August 21st is the FINAL deadline for all reservation changes

July 1st - July 18th, the fee is $50.00 per person
July 19th - August 21st, the fee is $100.00 per person

- The Primary Guest must request changes by contacting Bender support by submitting a support ticket via the FAQ / online help center (NOT THE HOTEL). The final deadline to make changes is August 21, 2025. No changes or additions will be allowed, including adding unnamed guests after August 21, 2025.
- King bed rooms have a max occupancy of 2 people, Rooms with two queen or two double beds have a max occupancy of 4 people.
- If you have already booked a room with multiple beds, you can add additional guests at any time by logging into your account and adding guests to your existing reservation (while supplies last).
- If you wish to switch your existing reservation from a King Bed to a room that will support additional guests, contact support to check availability.
- The cost associated with additional guests may vary depending on your package type.
In order to add additional people to your package,
an account must be created for each guest. You will need the guest
information below when creating their account.

- When booking, if you didn’t know your second guest’s details, you likely selected options such as “will provide name later” and “date of birth unknown.”
- This placeholder guest appears on your reservation as “Adult 2.” While temporary, this needs to be updated to a real person’s information before the name-change deadline to avoid penalties.

- Event Check-in: Arriving with an unregistered guest could slow down check-in and may incur extra charges.

Your additional guest will receive a 4-Day Bender Wristband and become a fully credentialed Bender attendee. Additional guests added to a Baller upgrade will grant guest(s) Baller status.
